Ms. Johnetta Watts

Johnetta (Cissy) Watts was born in Kansas City, Kansas on September 18, 1947 to John E. Heggie, Sr. and Rosa A. Heggie. She confessed her faith in Jesus Christ at an early age and united with Roswell Church of Christ in Kansas City, KS. She retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Kansas City, Missouri. Johnetta relocated from Kansas City, KS to Lancaster, TX in June 2016. Johnetta was proceeded in death by her father, mother, and brother, Larry Heggie. She leaves to cherish her memories, long-time companion, Tyree Davis, II; daughter, Monica Richardson; grandchildren Erik Carlock (Kendra) and Brandon Heggie (Shaunika); great grandchildren, Biris Collins, Audriana Collins, Keh’Erik Carlock, Eternity Carlock, Faith Heggie, and Trinity Carlock; siblings, Albertha Martin, John Heggie, Jr. (her twin), Charles Heggie, Geraldine Montague, Eva Heggie, Ronald Heggie, Linda Kind, Clifford Heggie, and Carl Heggie (Simone); a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
