Ms. Etoye Lavera Wallace

Etoye Lavera Wallace was born September 23, 1923 to the late Rev. CL & Alma Wright in Gonzales, Texas. Etoye enjoyed early childhood and education in the Greenvile, Texas area. Etoye accepted Christ at an early age and united with Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas until her health failed. Etoye worked for the Moncrief Cancer Research Center for over 20 years, and was a part of several community and civic organizations. She was preceded in death her only Ruby Jo Brown. She leaves to cherish her memories: Granddaughters: Felicia (Cornelius) Hudson and Sharon (Jacque) King, both of Fort Worth, Texas. 14 great-grandchildren, a host of great--great grandchildren, one great-great-great grandson, 3 nieces, and a host of other relatives and friends, and a special God-daughter, Drenda Kennedy.
